My first DIY Project... the Dollar Tree

I am so excited as to how this project turned out. So much so I had to deviate from my normal inspirational post make a post about it. Let's call this the introduction of the lifestyle section of this blog.

I was surfing YouTube a few weeks ago and discovered so many DIY (Do-It-Yourself) Projects using items from the Dollar Tree! Yes... that's right... The DOLLAR TREE!!! There are soooo many projects on YouTube but this one stood out to me the most. Unfortunately... I don't know if it's because it's wedding season or everyone else is hip to the Dollar Tree DIY projects... but I had to go to 4 different Dollar Tree's to find the vases I wanted.

The process was pretty simple. The hardest/longest part was adding the rubber bands/painters tape prior to spray painting. The whole process took about an hour. These came out so great... I've already started creating them for other people. *chi-ching*
